About the founder
35 years in construction. Roofing since 1997.
Jack Palau has worked in construction for 35 years and in roofing since 1997. His background spans national storm restoration — hurricane, tornado, and hail events — alongside local commercial roofing in Florida.
Orca Waterproofing LLC was founded in 2023, bringing 30 years of construction experience and Jack's 13-year roofing company together as one team. The Spray Tarp emergency storm-repair brand began in 2020. Orca is family owned, Florida based, and works nationally.
