Liquid Membrane Specification Data

Our team installs Wetsuit by Neptune on existing flat roofs and waterproofs brick, masonry, and stucco walls. The roofing system can be permitted for insurance-required reroofs, requires no tear-off, and lets the building stay open. Our crews install up to 15,000 square feet per day.

01 — Inspection and Assessment

We inspect the roof or wall and take core samples where needed. We document its condition, moisture, drainage, and penetrations, then confirm whether the surface can accept a liquid membrane without tear-off. You receive a written scope, square footage, and a fixed proposal.

02 — Surface Prep and Cleaning

Our team pressure-cleans the surface, removes loose material, and repairs and reinforces seams, flashings, and penetrations so the membrane bonds to a sound substrate. Wet areas are identified and addressed before any coating goes down.

03 — Liquid Membrane Application

Our team applies Wetsuit by Neptune by spray or roller at the manufacturer's specified thickness, creating a seamless, fully adhered membrane. We cover up to 15,000 square feet per day. Membrane thickness is measured and recorded throughout application.

04 — Top Coat and Cure

We apply a UV-stable top coat over the membrane for weathering protection and reflectivity. Aesthetic top coat colors are available with their own warranties. We monitor curing, weather, and humidity before signing off on the work.

05 — Final Walkthrough and Warranty Signoff

We walk the finished system with you, verify details and thickness, and register the 5-year workmanship warranty and up-to-20-year factory warranty. You receive warranty documentation and a project photo record.
