Liquid Membrane Roofing — Wetsuit by Neptune
Liquid membrane roofing forms a seamless, fully adhered waterproof layer over an existing commercial roof. Our team applies Wetsuit by Neptune by spray or roller, without tearing off the roof or closing the building. The system can be permitted for insurance-required reroofs.

Our team installs Wetsuit by Neptune on existing flat roofs and waterproofs brick, masonry, and stucco walls. The roofing system can be permitted for insurance-required reroofs, requires no tear-off, and lets the building stay open. Our crews install up to 15,000 square feet per day.

Why no tear-off matters
Tearing off a commercial roof exposes the deck, interrupts tenants, sends tons of material to landfill, and adds weeks to a schedule. Wetsuit by Neptune bonds to the existing sound substrate, so the building stays sealed and operational from the first day to the last.
Orca Waterproofing crews install up to 15,000 square feet of liquid membrane per day.

Insurance-required reroofs
When an insurer requires a reroof, the liquid membrane system is permittable as a roof system. Orca handles the permit, documents the installation, and provides the warranty paperwork carriers and lenders ask for.
03 · Liquid Membrane Roofing
Certified liquid membrane installation
Orca's certified team is the only team installing this specific liquid membrane system in a three-state region (FL, GA, AL). Orca Waterproofing is a certified Neptune Premier Liquid Membrane Applicator.
