Waterproofing
Commercial Flat Roof Waterproofing
Flat roof waterproofing seals seams, flashings, and ponding areas with a continuous membrane. Our team applies the liquid membrane directly over the existing low-slope roof, without tear-off, so the building can stay in use.

Our team installs Wetsuit by Neptune on existing flat roofs and waterproofs brick, masonry, and stucco walls. The roofing system can be permitted for insurance-required reroofs, requires no tear-off, and lets the building stay open. Our crews install up to 15,000 square feet per day.

Where flat roofs fail
Most flat-roof leaks start at seams, penetrations, HVAC curbs, parapet terminations, and ponding areas. A liquid membrane is seamless, so it wraps each of those details in one continuous layer instead of relying on laps and adhesives.

Keep your building open
Our team keeps warehouses, retail centers, offices, schools, and medical buildings open during installation. There is no open deck, no dumpster on site, and minimal noise.
